Grizzloo Exchange and Refund Policy 
We want you to love every Grizzloo moment. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! 

 

🌟 Easy Returns 

Eligibility: 
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it if: 

  • It's unused and in its original packaging 

  • It’s in the same condition as when you got it 

  • You have your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) 

  • You have a short video or photo showing the damage 

 

💸 Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update by email. 

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
If not approved, we’ll let you know why. 

Note: Full or Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage. 

 

🔁 Exchanges 

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. 
Just email us at support@grizzloo.com and we’ll guide you through the process. 

 

🚚 Return Shipping 

  • You’ll cover the return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. 

  • For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
